I want to share a 5-page poem I recently wrote in my journal.

I decided to express it because I’ve been reflecting a lot on the transmutation of energy. Lately, I’ve been feeling this ache in my heart, and releasing it through creativity feels so much more soul-liberating than keeping it stored inside.

This poem is me giving that energy a voice, letting it move, and letting it transform.
